A well-established General Contractor situated in a prominent region, primarily concentrating on commercial construction ventures. With a robust project pipeline, they are actively seeking a skilled and motivated construction project specialist to partner with the project manager in overseeing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.)
  • Support the project team with daily coordination tasks
  • Procurement of construction supplies
  • Conduct Quality Control / Quality Assurance assessments
  • Coordinate with subcontractors
  • Oversee surveying and project layout
  • Capture weekly progress photographs for reports
  • Manage construction equipment
  • Implement safety management protocols
  • Assist in project estimation

Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in the construction sector
  • Prior involvement in a Construction Management Internship or Co-Op role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Familiarity with construction software is advantageous
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Excellent follow-up skills
  • Proficient in building relationships
  • Self-driven and motivated
