Key Responsibilities:

The VDC Supervisor should possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years of experience in the construction industry, including at least 6 years focused on BIM/VDC. Expertise in BIM software such as Navisworks Manage, Trimble SketchUp, and Autodesk Revit is essential.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • 12+ years of experience in construction
  • 6+ years of experience in BIM/VDC
  • Proficiency in BIM software
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

The VDC Supervisor will be engaged on construction sites and must be capable of performing physical tasks, including climbing stairs and lifting weights up to 50 pounds. The work environment may involve exposure to various elements, including fumes, weather conditions, and elevated noise levels.
