Job Overview:

The Customer Experience Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring outstanding living experiences for residents. This position involves a diverse range of responsibilities focused on property marketing, sales, and customer interaction.

As the face of our communities, Customer Experience Specialists are essential in generating enthusiasm and positive impressions about our properties and the superior living experiences we offer.

In this customer-focused and sales-oriented role, you will engage with potential residents, applicants, and current tenants to help them discover the ideal home that meets their individual needs, while also fostering exceptional living experiences throughout their residency.

Your responsibilities will include guiding residents through various processes such as applications, leasing, move-ins, renewals, and move-outs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to all inquiries related to the community, adhering to our Exceptional Living Policies.
  • Provide the highest level of resident satisfaction through prompt, consistent, and professional interactions.
  • Create memorable living experiences during every engagement with customers and residents.
  • Attract new residents through outreach and advertising that highlights our unique selling points.
  • Follow up with qualified prospects in line with our Exceptional Living policy.
  • Facilitate resident renewals at the conclusion of lease terms as necessary.
  • Oversee and manage the prospective resident waitlist according to company policy.
  • Regularly inspect the property to identify and address any issues or deficiencies.
  • Prepare the property for daily showings, ensuring model units and amenities are ready for presentation.
  • Conduct pre-inspections for move-ins to confirm homes are ready for occupancy, as well as move-out inspections using company software.
  • Organize, attend, and assist with community events and activities as required.
  • Maintain knowledge of community lease agreements and policies to assist residents effectively.
  • Conduct market research to evaluate competitive advantages and weaknesses.
  • Understand and utilize company software and policies effectively.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service is essential.
  • Experience in Property Management or Hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills are necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer relations, and communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • A valid state-issued Driver's License and a safe driving record are mandatory.
