Position Overview

The Reservations Customer Support Agent plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to both our internal teams and external clients. This position involves managing all incoming inquiries in a professional and courteous manner while facilitating hotel bookings and addressing customer queries.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Book hotel reservations efficiently while providing accurate information.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Position Requirements

Candidates must be proficient in using all necessary equipment related to the role, including but not limited to, computer keyboards, call management software, paging systems, and two-way radios. Cross-training to achieve proficiency in both PBX and Reservations Systems is essential. Adherence to all departmental and company policies and procedures is required, and candidates should be prepared to work a flexible schedule.

This position is available for both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities.
