Job Summary

ASR International is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing supply support, warehouse support, and civil engineering equipment support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Conduct monthly spot inventories of 5% of total inventory, remove required material and equipment from warehouse locations, and stage the material and equipment for scheduled inventories.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Conduct joint inventories, inspection, receipt, and re-stow of returned material and equipment; and receive and stow new material.
  • Warehouse Operations: Offload material from arriving trucks, unpack, receive, inventory, and repack material; note any shortages or damaged material for replenishment action.
  • Kit Stowage: Stow new material into the applicable kit/storage box.
  • Issue and Receipt: Conduct joint inventory, operational test, issue, receive, inspect for damage and inventory material for support of all non-CESE TOA requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in supply operations in a military or commercial operation within a warehouse environment.
  • Skills: Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365, effective communication skills, and ability to lift material weighing up to 40lbs.
  • Certifications: Currently certified/licensed to operate a 6,000-pound forklift or capable of successfully obtaining certification.
