Senior Audit Associate

A reputable CPA firm is seeking a skilled Senior Audit Associate to enhance their team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely and high-quality client service that meets or surpasses client expectations, including coordinating the auditing of all necessary financial statements, related disclosures, and other client deliverables.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the client's operations.
  • Oversee Audit Associates on engagement teams and act as the in-charge, facilitating fieldwork by monitoring productivity and ensuring adherence to work plan schedules for each assignment.
  • Proactively address client concerns and escalate issues as they arise.
  • Engage with clients to ensure efficient information flow between the client and the audit team.
  • Identify and communicate accounting and auditing issues to Managers and Partners.
  • Spot performance improvement opportunities.
  • Recognize and inform management of chances to enhance the level and variety of services offered to clients.
  • Commit to professional growth through ongoing education.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a public accounting setting, specifically in auditing financial statements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience auditing clients across various industries.
  • Proven ability to lead engagements effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive salary.

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree (Preferred)

Experience Requirement: Minimum of 2 years in Public Accounting (Required)

License/Certification: CPA License (Preferred)
