Senior Audit Associate
A reputable CPA firm is seeking a skilled Senior Audit Associate to enhance their team. With the firm's recent growth, there is a chance for a Senior Audit Associate to collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely and high-quality client service that meets or surpasses client expectations, including coordinating the auditing of all necessary financial statements, related disclosures, and other client deliverables.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the client's operations.
- Oversee Audit Associates on engagement teams and act as the in-charge, facilitating fieldwork by monitoring productivity and ensuring adherence to work plan schedules for each assignment.
- Proactively address client concerns and escalate issues as they arise.
- Engage with clients to ensure efficient information flow between the client and the audit team.
- Identify and communicate accounting and auditing issues to Managers and Partners.
- Spot performance improvement opportunities.
- Recognize and inform management of chances to enhance the level and variety of services offered to clients.
- Commit to professional growth through ongoing education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a public accounting setting, specifically in auditing financial statements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience auditing clients across various industries.
- Proven ability to lead engagements effectively.

License/Certification: CPA License (Preferred)
