Position Summary:

The role of a Customer Experience Specialist is crucial in ensuring that our residents enjoy unparalleled living experiences. This position encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including property marketing, sales initiatives, and customer engagement.

As the first point of contact for potential residents, Customer Experience Specialists serve as the face of our communities, generating enthusiasm and interest in our properties and the unique living experiences we offer.

In this dynamic role, you will interact with prospective tenants, applicants, and current residents, guiding them in finding the perfect home tailored to their individual needs while fostering an exceptional living experience throughout their stay.

Your responsibilities will include assisting residents through the application, leasing, move-in, renewal, and move-out processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and address all community inquiries in alignment with our Exceptional Living Policies.
  • Provide top-tier resident experiences through prompt, consistent, and professional interactions.
  • Create memorable living experiences during every engagement with customers and residents.
  • Attract potential residents through effective outreach and marketing strategies that highlight our unique offerings.
  • Follow up with qualified prospects in accordance with company policies.
  • Facilitate resident renewals at the conclusion of lease terms as necessary.
  • Oversee and manage the prospective resident waitlist, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Regularly inspect the property to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Prepare the property for daily showings, ensuring model units and amenities are presentable.
  • Conduct pre-move-in inspections to confirm homes are ready for occupancy, as well as move-out inspections using company software.
  • Organize and participate in community events and activities as required.
  • Maintain knowledge of community lease agreements and policies to assist residents effectively.
  • Conduct market analysis to assess competitive advantages and weaknesses.
  • Understand and utilize company software and policies effectively.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service is essential.
  • Experience in Property Management or Hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills are necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer relations, and communication skills are vital.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • A valid state-issued Driver's License and a safe driving record are required.
