We are seeking a qualified CLIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR for our North Tampa Office. As part of a nationally recognized organization, we serve over 7,000 clients with a dedicated team of more than 7,500 professionals across 40 states.

Compensation:
Salary Range: $18.00 per hour, with potential annual bonuses ranging from $2,400 to $4,560 based on office performance. Total annual compensation can reach between $35,680 and $42,000. Additional monthly bonuses for on-call rotation and performance, along with paid vacation and holidays, contribute to an excellent work-life balance with hybrid work options.
Location:
North Tampa/Wesley Chapel Office
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with after-hours on-call rotation responsibilities.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of relevant experience in home care scheduling or client care coordination, including in-home client visits. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
The CLIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR collaborates closely with the Office Administrator and the team to manage the client and caregiver scheduling process effectively.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent phone and computer skills, maintain a positive attitude, work collaboratively with the team, anticipate needs, and exhibit outstanding problem-solving abilities for both clients and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to established FirstLight Home Care policies and procedures.
- Utilize the ClearCare system to schedule client care visits according to care plans and caregiver availability.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels to cover all clients while assisting with caregiver recruitment and on-site orientation.
- Verify daily visit data for client schedules and finalize visits in the ClearCare online program.
- Conduct intake for new client inquiries, coordinating services with FirstLight provider partners, clients, and caregivers.
- Assess client service needs as outlined in agreements, addressing urgent requests and changes promptly.
- Maintain accurate caregiver and client files, including assessments, certification dates, appointments, and discharges.
- Perform general office duties, including correspondence, filing, and mailings.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to manage emergencies, scheduling issues, and client referrals.
- Collaborate with the Administrator on quality care improvements and caregiver orientation.
- Stay updated with evolving technology and software programs.
- Support and promote all company policies and procedures.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
- Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

- Able to manage multiple tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Compliance with HIPAA privacy regulations.
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and MS Excel, with knowledge of home care scheduling software preferred.
