A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FIRST IMPRESSION SPECIALIST / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

In this role, you will provide friendly and professional assistance to clients via phone and email. Effective communication is crucial as you will be responsible for scheduling services, confirming appointments, and dispatching technicians. You will keep clients informed about their services and conduct follow-ups to ensure satisfaction. Attention to detail is essential as you prepare service folders for technicians and monitor inventory of invoices and forms. Additionally, you may assist the general and operations manager as needed. Your positive and courteous demeanor will significantly contribute to the success of our home service organization.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FIRST IMPRESSION SPECIALIST / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Bi-lingual (Spanish) is preferred but not mandatory. Are you enthusiastic about customer service? Can you manage multiple tasks effectively? Are you self-driven and organized? If so, you may be an ideal candidate for this position.

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A FIRST IMPRESSION SPECIALIST

This role typically involves 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with optional weekend shifts available.
