We are seeking a skilled CLIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR for our North Tampa Office, where this role is expected to evolve into a senior position in the near future, accompanied by enhanced compensation and benefits.

Compensation:

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour, with an annual bonus potential of $2,400 to $4,560 based on office performance, leading to total compensation ranging from $35,680 to $42,000 annually. Additional monthly bonuses are available through on-call rotations and performance metrics.


Work Environment:

Location: North Tampa/Wesley Chapel Office

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with after-hours on-call rotation support.


Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience in home care scheduling or client care coordination, including in-home client visits. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

The CLIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR will collaborate closely with the Office Administrator and team, overseeing the scheduling process for clients and caregivers.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong phone and computer skills, maintain a positive attitude, and proactively address the needs of both clients and caregivers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to established FirstLight Home Care policies and procedures.
  • Utilize the ClearCare system to schedule client care visits according to care plans and caregiver availability.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels to cover all clients while assisting with caregiver recruitment and orientation.
  • Verify daily visit data for client schedules and finalize visits in the ClearCare online program.
  • Conduct intake for new client inquiries and coordinate services with FirstLight provider partners, clients, and caregivers.
  • Assess client service needs as outlined in agreements and respond to urgent requests efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate caregiver and client files, including assessments, certifications, and appointment reminders.
  • Perform general office duties, including correspondence and mailings.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to manage emergencies and scheduling issues.
  • Collaborate with the Administrator on quality care improvements and caregiver orientation.
  • Stay updated with changing technology and software programs.
  • Support and promote all company policies and procedures.
