Key Responsibilities- Schedule and coordinate transportation services for clients.
- Handle administrative tasks related to transportation logistics.
- Monitor clients while on premises when not in transit.
- Maintain a clean driving record and ensure reliable transportation.
Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent. While BHT certification is preferred, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Clear communication skills and the ability to lead effectively.
- Reliable transportation, including a valid driver's license and insurance.
In this role, you will:
- Monitor patients and manage workflow efficiently.
- Maintain an understanding of agency services and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Complete necessary documentation and uphold professional communication standards with patients and staff.
Additional duties may be assigned based on program requirements.
