Key ResponsibilitiesThe Support Specialist will be responsible for:
- Organizing and preserving both physical and digital records, ensuring proper maintenance and archiving of essential documents.
- Drafting letters, reports, and various documents as needed.
- Managing databases and maintaining accurate records using software applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Preparing and distributing verification forms, annual recertification packets, and other necessary documentation promptly.
- Coordinating and conducting meetings with applicants to assist them in completing required forms and submissions.
- Processing incoming correspondence for inspectors and ensuring appropriate distribution.
- Generating and sending out miscellaneous correspondence, including mass mailings and certified letters.
- Answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, and addressing inquiries from residents, landlords, and the general public in a courteous and professional manner.
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
- A minimum of six months of experience in an office setting.
Skills:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite.
