We are seeking a dedicated and caring Client Care Specialist to join our team. Our Client Care Specialists provide a positive first impression of the hospital to clients and patients. They must be friendly, able to build relationships, professional, and courteous, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal interruptions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform opening procedures and clerical tasks, including typing, phone use, and computer software use
  • Greet clients and patients in a professional, upbeat, and friendly manner
  • Cash handling, credit card processing, and client identity protection
  • Reconcile invoices and money at day-end according to protocol
  • Maintain medical records and check for completeness
  • Answer telephone calls promptly
  • Schedule appointments for optimal flow
  • Schedule boarding and grooming appointments
  • Call and confirm appointments and track no-shows
  • Handle miscellaneous correspondence and mail
  • Present invoices, receive payment, and prepare estimates
  • Assist clients as needed
  • Handle emergency situations with calmness and tact
