About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Community Housing Manager to join our team at AIDS Healthcare Foundation. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing innovative and effective housing and health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement program quality assurance, improvement, and clinical integrity through chart reviews, surveys, policy, and procedure revision.
  • Provide input, oversight, and monitoring to program activities, including development of collaborating agencies and sites for housing and health activities.
  • Assess and provide support for staff competencies through a strength-building lens.
  • Supervise daily activities of assigned staff and implementation of evidence-based models.
  • Contribute to a work culture that inspires teamwork and effective interventions for challenging situations.
  • Assess, develop, locate, and track training needs for program staff.
  • Monitor program productivity, outcomes, and service delivery goals.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of program services, initiatives, procedures, and standards.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of HIV disease, intervention, and prevention preferred.
  • Ability to respond to critical/crisis situations effectively.
  • Entry-level leadership skills.
  • Creative and solution-focused.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, collaborating agencies, and the public.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model culturally competent behavior.
  • Ability to work under pressure and assess changing priorities and competing deadlines.
  • Bachelor's in human services, master's preferred.
