Job Title: Internal Communications Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications Manager to join our team at EduServe LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing internal communications plans that drive employee engagement and alignment with our company's Mission, Values, and Promise (MVP) initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative internal communications plans that resonate with our organizational culture and drive employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior management and HR to develop and standardize internal communication materials, including videos, brochures, and promotional items.
  • Oversee key communication initiatives and maintain a comprehensive annual communications calendar.
  • Coordinate and publish engaging company-wide newsletters, interviews, and updates.
  • Equip managers with effective tools and templates to ensure clear, consistent messaging within their teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Verified history of implementing communications plans and following through on the delivery of those respective plans.
  • Ability to take initiative and be hands-on with all aspects of preparations and logistics.
  • Comfort and competence in interacting with C-level executives.
  • Superb writing skills, able to write concisely and interestingly in perfect standard English, on demand and with tight turnarounds.
Work Environment:

While performing the responsibilities of this position, the work environment characteristics listed below are representative of the environment the employee will encounter:

  • Usual office working hours.
  • No physical exertion required.
  • Travel within or outside of state.
Terms of Employment:

Salary and benefits shall be paid consistent with EduServe LLC's salary and benefit policy. Length of the work year and hours of employment shall be those established by EduServe LLC.

Job is exempt from the minimum wage and overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Performance will be evaluated in accordance with EduServe LLC's policy.
