Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as public health or social work.
  • Experience in HIV prevention and intervention, including community outreach and education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Experience in grant writing and program development.
  • Knowledge of HIV prevention and treatment guidelines.
Working Conditions

The Prevention Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to community sites and meetings with stakeholders. The position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
