- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients, including confidential and anonymous testing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as public health or social work.
- Experience in HIV prevention and intervention, including community outreach and education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Experience in grant writing and program development.
- Knowledge of HIV prevention and treatment guidelines.
The Prevention Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to community sites and meetings with stakeholders. The position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
