Job Overview

Position: Assistant Community Manager

Salary Range: $17 - $19 DOE

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Assistant Community Manager plays a vital role in supporting the General Manager by ensuring the smooth operation of the property management division. This position assists Community Managers with various daily responsibilities, contributing to the overall efficiency of the community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Professionally handle incoming calls for the property management division, collaborating with the Community Manager to address homeowner inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of change of address requests within the company’s software system.
  • Under the guidance of the Community Manager, prepare notices for meetings and manage all communications within the community.
  • Coordinate appointments and manage the distribution and processing of access devices for residents.
  • Ensure that all logs, inventories, and databases maintained by the Community Manager are current and accurate.
  • Assist the Community Manager with special projects as necessary.
  • Submit and track service requests, including maintenance for gates and irrigation systems.
  • Provide front desk support as required.
  • Organize the on-call schedule in collaboration with the Community Managers.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to residents regarding community issues, portal access, and general inquiries.
  • Handle the scanning and filing of documents for the Community Manager.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
