Role Overview:
In your capacity as a Senior Data Product Manager, you will:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, focusing on Product, Technology, and Operations to drive product initiatives from conception to deployment.
  • Act as a change agent, influencing the broader organization and engaging with leaders across Egencia.
  • Analyze product performance and customer feedback to guide enhancements and updates.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach that informs your decision-making and problem-solving strategies.
  • Work in an agile manner, effectively collaborating with international teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Communicate effectively and present findings to senior leadership.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A relevant bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in product management.
  • Familiarity with the business travel sector.
  • Experience with airline or travel agency connectivity products and services is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of New Distribution Connectivity (NDC) implementation.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
