As a vital member of our executive team, you will:

  • Lead a dedicated team: Oversee the planning, execution, and management of eDiscovery projects, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Design innovative solutions: Utilize advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and evolving technologies to optimize workflows and reduce costs in managed document reviews.
  • Provide strategic consultation: Offer expert guidance on eDiscovery best practices, tools, and methodologies to internal clients.
  • Monitor project progress: Regularly assess the status of eDiscovery initiatives, proactively identifying and addressing risks and challenges.
  • Manage the eDiscovery team: Supervise project managers, analysts, reviewers, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Train and mentor: Develop the internal eDiscovery team's skills in best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with clients, vendors, attorneys, and IT staff to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Evaluate new technologies: Assess and recommend innovative solutions to enhance eDiscovery processes.
  • Ensure compliance: Uphold eDiscovery standards, policies, and procedures across all projects.

Qualifications:

  • A Juris Doctorate and a bachelor's degree from accredited institutions.
  • A minimum of relevant experience in eDiscovery, including project management and litigation support.
  • Expertise in eDiscovery methodologies, particularly in advanced analytics and technology-assisted review.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
  • Capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base pay range for this role is $202,700 - $274,300, with a corporate bonus target of 25%. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a flexible spending account, 401(k), employee stock grants, and paid time off, among others.
