Key Responsibilities:

Oversee a team that plans, executes, and manages eDiscovery projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budget constraints. Develop and implement innovative solutions for managed document reviews, utilizing advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and other cutting-edge technologies to optimize workflows and reduce costs. Provide strategic insights and consultations to stakeholders on eDiscovery best practices, tools, and methodologies. Monitor project progress and status, proactively identifying and addressing risks and challenges. Manage and mentor the eDiscovery team, including project managers, analysts, and support staff. Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and legal teams. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance eDiscovery processes. Ensure compliance with eDiscovery standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree and a juris doctorate from accredited institutions. Extensive experience in the eDiscovery field, including project management and litigation support. Proficiency in eDiscovery best practices, tools, and methodologies, particularly in advanced analytics and technology-assisted review. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to independently craft strategic directions while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proven capability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Aptitude for solving complex problems and delivering innovative solutions. Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
