Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and Nurture Business Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular follow-up meetings and problem-solving to enhance the customer experience.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve sales quotas by setting high standards, executing sales strategies, and representing our brand partners with integrity and professionalism.
  • Conduct Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments to identify consumer demographics and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Provide Feedback to Management: Regularly share performance insights with management, highlighting areas for improvement and offering solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate's degree or some college preferred, but not required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in client-facing, customer service roles.
  • Skills: Strong student mentality, ability to teach and train others, and comfort in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
