POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Warranty Representative to join our team at Builders Wholesale Flooring LLC. This role is crucial in fostering strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be adept at resolving inquiries and issues with precision and efficiency, maintaining our commitment to exceptional service standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
- Engaging with clients, field inspectors, and homeowners to address their needs.
- Managing communication through emails and phone calls.
- Coordinating repairs and inspections as required.
- Resolving customer service inquiries, particularly regarding appointment scheduling.
- Performing data entry tasks accurately.
- Maintaining daily communication with customers, field inspectors, and homeowners.
- Assisting with general administrative duties and providing team support to resolve service-related issues.
This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this position, candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- Proficient computer skills, with experience in Outlook being advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills when collaborating with customers and team members.
- Exceptional attention to detail in both verbal and written communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and accountable.
- High school diploma or some college education.
- General computer literacy.
The physical demands for this role include:
- Ability to remain seated at a computer for extended periods.
- Capability to stand for long durations, reach with hands and arms, and move between offices.
- Ability to handle mail and documents, and to lift and move items up to 10 pounds.
- Visual acuity to distinguish quality differences in documents and files.
The work environment characteristics include:
