The Team:
The Talent Acquisition Support Associate will collaborate with fellow coordinators and recruiters to bolster recruitment initiatives across Europe. This position reports directly to the Senior Lead of Talent Acquisition Coordination, Policy, Operations & Technology.

The Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Support Associate, you will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience. Your expertise will be essential in addressing diverse hiring requirements and ensuring precision and efficiency throughout the interview scheduling process. This role offers significant exposure to various business functions and contributes to elevating our in-house recruitment strategies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate a fast-paced recruitment process by coordinating effectively with recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the process to guarantee a positive experience.
  • Assess business priorities to determine which interviews to prioritize and manage scheduling conflicts with a proactive approach.
  • Oversee our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) to ensure accurate documentation of processes and communications.
  • Assist with organizational tasks and general business needs, including the creation and maintenance of documents, filing systems, and databases.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, administrative support, or client service roles.
  • Strong prioritization skills and a structured, meticulous work style.
  • Self-motivated individual who takes initiative and follows through on tasks to support Celonis's growth.
  • Dynamic, positive, and enthusiastic team player.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
