Position Overview: The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a pivotal role in strategizing, developing, managing, and overseeing the recruitment processes and strategies for the East Division. This position is accountable for executing HR marketing, hiring, and development initiatives for designated business partners. Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and mentoring a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
  • Collaborating in the formulation of divisional goals and expectations, driving initiatives through direct reports and business partners.
  • Partnering effectively with HR Business Partners to devise recruitment strategies and working closely with Leadership and Business Partners to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Managing the hiring processes for salary exempt, salary non-exempt, and hourly staffing, which encompasses marketing strategies, pre-screening, interview scheduling, travel arrangements, job offers, and onboarding activities.
  • Overseeing the Division Management Associate & Intern Programs; developing and coordinating on-campus marketing and recruitment efforts, including relationship building with career departments, professors, and campus organizations.
  • Establishing, maintaining, and evaluating departmental reports in alignment with departmental goals.
  • Proposing new approaches, policies, and procedures to enhance departmental efficiency and service delivery.
  • Performing additional HR-related duties as assigned.
Travel Requirements: The role necessitates 30-35% travel, including out-of-area and overnight trips for school visits, recruitment events, and hiring at various sites within the East Division. A company vehicle will be provided, along with gas and maintenance. Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, employer branding techniques, HRIS, ATS, sourcing, and recruitment marketing tools.
