Job Summary

As an Executive Assistant to the Vice President, you will play a vital role in supporting the Vice President in their efforts to cultivate a safe and inclusive work environment. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide exceptional administrative support to the Vice President and their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and managing calendars.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Collaborate with the Office of Advancement team to develop and implement initiatives that support the University's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and donors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a higher education setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
