Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to oversee our Front Office Team. This pivotal role will ensure the smooth execution of front office operations while delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
The Front Office Manager will be accountable for the daily operations of the front office guest services team. Responsibilities include:

  • Upholding guest service as the core philosophy of the hotel.
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to guest satisfaction by promptly addressing guest needs.
  • Ensuring all team members understand and implement guest service standards.
  • Creating value-added customer service programs.
  • Empowering staff to provide outstanding guest service through encouragement and recognition.
  • Exceeding guest satisfaction metrics.
  • Training front desk personnel in all operational procedures and financial controls.
  • Generating accurate financial reports in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with management to develop innovative business strategies.
  • Maintaining a positive and cooperative work environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations regarding personnel files.
  • Addressing employee concerns fairly and promptly.
  • Mentoring direct reports to foster management talent.
  • Overseeing training objectives and development plans.
  • Ensuring adherence to key control policies and procedures.
  • Managing preventive maintenance programs and scheduling deep-cleaning activities.
