Position Overview
The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the front desk and guest service operations at Hotel Leveque. This role requires a dedicated focus on guest satisfaction and effective problem-solving skills. As a leader in the team, the Guest Services Supervisor ensures that the front office is adequately staffed, promotes adherence to hotel brand standards, and provides training and coaching to team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and facilitate a seamless check-in experience, ensuring that all special requests are addressed and accurate information is communicated.
- Foster meaningful communication with guests to build rapport and uncover their expectations and needs.
- Engage with guests through various communication channels, maintaining consistency with hotel brand standards to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Advocate for hotel loyalty programs, encouraging guest participation and presenting special rate packages and upgrades when suitable.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure timely fulfillment of guest needs and resolution of any challenges.
- Actively listen to guests, empathizing with their concerns and taking appropriate action based on their feedback.
- Uphold professionalism in alignment with hotel brand and company standards.
- Be knowledgeable about hotel emergency procedures and assist guests during emergencies.
- Utilize hotel communication tools to relay important information to colleagues and supervisors.
- If applicable, manage the security and balance of the house bank, accurately logging all transactions.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- High School diploma or equivalent educational certification is required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in the primary language used in the workplace is mandatory.
- Physical requirements include standing and walking for extended periods and the ability to lift and maneuver up to 30 pounds occasionally.
