Key Responsibilities:

  • Upholding guest service as the core philosophy of the establishment.

  • Striving to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
  • Training all hotel personnel, including new hires, on the essential components of guest services.
  • Creating and implementing customer service enhancement programs.
  • Empowering staff to deliver exceptional service through encouragement and recognition.
  • Meeting or surpassing guest satisfaction benchmarks.
  • Ensuring that hotel standards contribute to consistent guest experiences.
  • Overseeing training for front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes and hotel amenities.
  • Participating in revenue management activities and collaborating with corporate management.
  • Ensuring adherence to financial control procedures for cash and inventories.
  • Producing timely and accurate financial reports.
  • Collaborating with management to develop innovative business strategies.
  • Managing human resources functions, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.
  • Emphasizing employee development and training as integral to our operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations regarding personnel files.
  • Addressing employee concerns in a fair and timely manner.
  • Acting as a mentor to develop management talent within the team.
  • Ensuring completion of training objectives and development plans.
  • Understanding and adhering to local health and safety regulations.
  • Identifying and rectifying potential safety hazards within the hotel.
  • Maintaining standards for preventive maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Encouraging staff involvement in maintenance programs.
