Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greets and welcomes guests as they arrive.
  • Oversees guest check-in, check-out, and billing procedures.
  • Handles sensitive guest information, including room assignments and payment methods.
  • Responds to guest inquiries, ensuring that any complaints or requests are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Meets all in-service requirements and adheres to all system policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • High School diploma.
  • 1-year experience in hotel front desk preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage challenging situations calmly and efficiently.
Location: Multiple Locations

Work Environment:

A professional work environment requiring business-casual attire or, in some cases, uniform professional dress; high levels of verbal and written communication are necessary with both internal and external customers.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:

• Frequent use requiring close vision, repetitive motion; bending; frequent standing (up to 8 hours), walking, reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
