3. Guide and support your team in compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
4. Provide necessary tools and resources for team development and recognition.
5. Foster a culture of ethical conduct and accountability among team members.
6. Ensure safe and secure training practices are followed.
7. Address operational needs and emergencies as they arise.
8. Manage guest flow and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
9. Oversee communication with guests and coordinate service operations.
10. Lead hiring, training, and scheduling of team members.
Skills and Qualifications
A successful Front of House Operations Leader thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses the following skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum age of 21.
- Experience in hospitality or restaurant management with a strong interest in food service.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with team members and guests.
- Proven ability to coach and develop staff at various experience levels.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional customer service abilities, known for your hospitality.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and personal growth.
Physical Requirements
Team members must be able to perform the duties of the role, including:
- Frequent sitting, talking, and hearing.
