Role Summary:

We are in search of a strategic and results-driven Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager to lead our ABM efforts, which are vital to our vertical SaaS go-to-market strategy. This position is crucial for executing targeted marketing initiatives for our key accounts. You will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to strategically engage with our target accounts, creating opportunities and driving business growth. We seek an individual who proactively reaches out to prospects with impactful, tailored marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ABM Strategy Formulation: Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and enhance the ABM strategy focused on high-priority clients and prospects in the audit, advisory, and risk management sectors.
  • Campaign Implementation: Create, execute, and refine multi-channel ABM campaigns, incorporating personalized content, email outreach, direct mail, digital advertising, webinars, and events tailored to the unique needs of each target account.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work alongside the sales team to identify target accounts, craft account-specific marketing strategies, and ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of customized content and messaging for key accounts, including case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and other materials that resonate with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of ABM campaigns, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies based on performance insights.
  • Technology Utilization: Employ ABM tools and platforms (e.g., 6Sense, HubSpot) to manage and optimize campaigns, ensuring integration with Fieldguide's broader marketing technology ecosystem.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with product marketing, customer success, and sales enablement teams to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize the impact of ABM initiatives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing research to understand the needs, challenges, and trends within target verticals, ensuring that Fieldguide's ABM efforts are informed by current industry insights.
  • Reporting and Insights: Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports on ABM campaign performance, including ROI analysis, to key stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a minimum of 3-4 years dedicated to Account-Based Marketing.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in vertical SaaS is advantageous.
