We are looking for a talented Marketing Lead - Content & Email Strategist to join our growth team and help drive customer acquisition and fuel profitable growth. As a key member of our marketing team, you will work cross-functionally to accelerate our growth trajectory with compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Lead - Content & Email Strategist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing end-to-end email marketing campaigns that deeply resonate with our target audience, while ensuring that our messaging is fully aligned with our brand strategy and growth objectives.
  • Crafting and managing email content, including copy, visuals, and calls to action that drive conversions.
  • Segmenting and managing email lists to ensure personalized communication based on customer demographics, preferences, and behavior.
  • Implementing A/B testing to optimize email performance, including subject lines, content, and layouts, and monitoring KPIs like deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends and best practices to ensure our campaigns are always effective and engaging.
Phase 2: Comprehensive Content Marketing Strategy

After laying down the foundation for our email campaigns, you will work closely with our Global Director of Growth Marketing, product marketers, and education team to design a comprehensive content marketing strategy that spans the entire marketing funnel and aligns with business objectives.

  • Guiding content creation across various formats, including blogs, whitepapers, videos, guides, educational series, and social posts, and mapping it to our customer journey.
  • Developing useful and engaging content that supports demand generation as needed.
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, including email marketing and content marketing efforts, to identify trends and make data-driven improvements.
  • Managing content reporting systems and required classifications for topic and type impact reporting to ensure continued success and optimization of content efforts.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, and content creation, with experience working in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven expertise in email marketing strategy and execution, including lifecycle emails, A/B testing, and list segmentation.
  • Strong background in content marketing, with experience creating SEO-optimized content across various formats.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting business decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization.
  • Highly collaborative, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
