About the Position:

Aircall is in search of a seasoned Lead Field Marketing Strategist to design and implement impactful field marketing initiatives alongside the North American Sales division. This role will involve close collaboration with Sales to drive revenue, generate leads, and achieve regional objectives. You will work hand-in-hand with the Marketing team to develop cohesive marketing campaigns, tailor messaging for market execution, and articulate the field's requirements for its specific market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute field marketing strategies that align with the regional sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement comprehensive campaigns and integrated programs, coordinating with local sales teams to establish a sustainable pipeline.
  • Identify, plan, execute, and assess a variety of regional initiatives, including brand events, partner gatherings, and trade shows (both virtual and in-person).
  • Lead and coordinate the development of localized sales and demand generation materials (such as product videos, one-pagers, presentations, and customer success stories).
  • Evaluate outcomes, metrics, and report on the effectiveness and performance of marketing initiatives to the organization.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in high-tech B2B enterprise software or SaaS is essential.
  • Expertise in the North American market, leveraging marketing strategies, with experience in a global sales and marketing context.
  • Proficiency in Marketo & Salesforce (or similar platforms).
  • Experience in crafting fully integrated marketing strategies tailored to the region.
  • A positive, energetic demeanor and proactive approach, coupled with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to think creatively and resourcefully in a startup or scaling environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.

Compensation:

$110,000 - $125,000 annually
