Role Overview: We are in search of a dedicated professional to take charge of our performance marketing initiatives. This role involves building the marketing function from the ground up and scaling it as we identify successful acquisition channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-channel advertising strategy aimed at optimizing return on investment.
  • Create a structured plan for experiments across various marketing channels, audience segments, and messaging, executing significant tests to validate your strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to enhance ad creatives and landing pages, driving higher conversion rates and overall performance.
  • Conduct thorough quantitative analyses of marketing performance data, reporting insights regularly to the leadership team, and leveraging findings to refine our market approach.

Candidate Profile:

  • You have experience in establishing a performance marketing function with substantial annual spend, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • You possess a strong background in managing performance channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • You are data-driven, with a proactive approach to testing, optimizing, and scaling marketing campaigns.
  • You demonstrate excellent organizational skills, managing multiple campaigns effectively.
  • You are quick to learn and eager to explore new marketing channels.
  • You are proficient in SQL, Excel, and other analytical tools to navigate large datasets and produce actionable insights.
  • You have a track record of collaborating cross-functionally to enhance marketing assets and landing pages.
