Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and proactive individual with mobile experience to join our App Development team as a Mid-Market Client Strategist. This role is pivotal in collaborating with Mobile App Developers worldwide, providing consultation on effectively expanding their businesses by leveraging Reddit's robust platform capabilities. The Mid-Market Client Strategist will also work closely with our cross-functional product and technology teams to advocate for client interests, shaping the future of Reddit advertising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take full ownership of your client portfolio, including revenue forecasting, relationship mapping, and strategic development to ensure operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies for your client base, setting clear goals and expectations for current and future quarters.
  • Work collaboratively with Account Managers to foster healthy partnerships between your App Developer clients and Reddit.
  • Engage with existing App Developer advertisers to deliver tailored Reddit solutions that align with their marketing and business objectives.
  • Identify and address client needs proactively, utilizing insights and product knowledge to align their goals with opportunities on our platform.
  • Manage and deepen relationships strategically across your client portfolio, serving as the primary contact for senior clients to communicate significant platform updates and opportunities.
  • Educate clients on Reddit's platform capabilities, ensuring successful interactions by setting clear expectations and defining mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Construct joint business plans and media strategies with top clients, establishing reliable measurement sources for success.
  • Provide constructive feedback on sales processes and strategies to enhance team effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Mentor and train team members, sharing your industry and product expertise to elevate overall team performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to refine processes and sales motions, while managing relevant projects and meeting all deadlines.
  • Build strong internal relationships across teams to achieve client and business objectives.

Qualifications:
  • 4-7 years of experience in digital media, with a minimum of 1-3 years in a sales role.
  • Extensive knowledge of mobile applications, user acquisition funnels, and mobile measurement partners (MMPs).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Familiarity with sales tools for client and industry research.
  • Experience in cultivating relationships with C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to upsell and grow client spending.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with external partners.
  • Expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of over 30 accounts.
  • Positive attitude and a collaborative team player.
  • Self-motivated individual who excels in unstructured environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Pay Transparency:
This position may encompass multiple career levels. In addition to a base salary, this role is eligible for equity in the form of restricted stock units and commission.
