Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a driven Regional Vice President - AI Solutions. In this role, you will be accountable for promoting Innovaccer's AI-focused offerings within the U.S. healthcare sector. Reporting directly to the General Manager of AI Sales, you will collaborate with senior executives at prominent healthcare AI organizations across your designated region to facilitate the integration and growth of Innovaccer's products. This position offers the chance to enhance enterprise sales while working alongside dedicated inside sales, sales engineering, and marketing teams. Additionally, you will engage cross-functionally with various departments (e.g., product leadership, customer success) to align and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy.

A Typical Day

  • Lead and manage the growth of the sales pipeline in your region; collaborate with your demand generation and inside sales teams to strategize and assess outreach effectiveness.
  • Enhance Innovaccer's presence within the healthcare sector by organizing conferences, webinars, and creating marketing materials to generate interest in our solutions.
  • Take charge of closing significant enterprise contracts in your area; work with stakeholders to define ROI, presentation strategies, and implementation plans.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle for all AI-related opportunities in your region, from initial client interactions to negotiations and contract finalization.
  • Fulfill essential field sales responsibilities, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and evaluating overall business health.
  • Collaborate closely with inside sales, sales engineering, and product teams to refine sales presentations, materials, and demonstrations while enhancing expertise in Innovaccer and provider solutions.
  • Represent Innovaccer at industry events and meetings, seeking opportunities to increase engagement and generate qualified leads.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare sales; experience in technology or AI sales for organizations such as Nuance, Abridge, DeepScribe, or Nabla is preferred.
  • A deep understanding of AI applications in payer and/or provider organizations is essential, with preference given to candidates with experience in Medical Scribe sales.
  • Established relationships and networks within leading U.S. healthcare providers and payers.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the AI Medical Scribe sector.
  • Ability to identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Strong skills in developing and delivering persuasive business presentations.
  • Willingness to travel and proactively engage in outreach to drive results.
