About the Role

The General Manager is a key leadership position responsible for the overall success of our coffee shops. As a member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
    • Set goals and expectations, and hold team members accountable for results
    • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance
  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure a positive customer experience through excellent service and quality products
    • Train team members to provide exceptional customer service
    • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics
  • Operations and Sales
    • Manage store operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and store appearance
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Financial Management
    • Manage store budgets and financial reports
    • Monitor and control expenses to meet financial goals
    • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred
  • ServSafe certification preferred or certification within 90 days of employment
