We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team at Sheraton Augusta Hotel. As a key member of our management team, the Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, ordering new equipment as needed to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to determine food and supply ordering needs.
  • Train and develop new kitchen staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Develop and implement new menu items, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a senior culinary role, with a strong track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and composed demeanor in fast-paced environments.
