About the Role

C & B Operations, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Agricultural Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing our company with online sales of agricultural and turf products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Lead Management: Responsible for the sale of residential and agricultural equipment to customers, managing and following up on all sales leads generated from online traffic.
  • Product Knowledge: Identifies and suggests complementary products for customers to enhance their purchasing experience, works to provide customers with all aspects of the quote, including taxes, trade-in value, discounts, etc.
  • Marketing Strategy: Monitors website traffic and helps to adjust our marketing strategy working with our marketing team.
  • Customer Service: Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with their purchase, arranges for delivery with applicable store personnel to meet delivery agreements made during the sales process.
Requirements
  • Based in Sioux Falls, SD at our Field Support Office
  • Agriculture equipment/outdoor power equipment sales experience
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Ag Business or related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
  • Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform tasks in support of all job functions
