About the Role

C & B Operations, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Agricultural Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing our company with online sales of agricultural and turf products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage and follow up on all sales leads generated from online traffic and social media
  • Identify and suggest complementary products to enhance the customer's purchasing experience
  • Provide customers with detailed quotes, including taxes, trade-in value, discounts, and other relevant information
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits of equipment
  • Monitor website traffic and collaborate with the marketing team to adjust our marketing strategy
  • Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with their purchase
  • Arrange for delivery with applicable store personnel to meet delivery agreements made during the sales process
Requirements
  • Based in Sioux Falls, SD at our Field Support Office
  • Agriculture equipment/outdoor power equipment sales experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in Ag Business or related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
  • Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform tasks in support of all job functions
