Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agricultural Equipment Specialist to join our team at Diamond Mowers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for representing our company as a product expert and training dealers in the safe and efficient installation of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Expertise: Represent Diamond Mowers at dealer locations, providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful product installation.
  • Training and Development: Deliver comprehensive training to dealers, focusing on the safe and efficient installation of our products.
  • Customer Service: Collaborate with our customer service team to provide diagnostics and repairs as needed, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer issues with a sense of urgency and ownership, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Support and Collaboration: Provide Tier 2 support to our customer service team, working closely with colleagues to resolve complex issues.
Requirements
  • Technical Background: 2-3 years of experience in a technical role, with a strong understanding of agricultural equipment and product installation.
  • Training Experience: 1-3 years of experience delivering technical training, with a focus on product installation and customer service.
  • Continuous Learning: Commitment to ongoing knowledge development and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with regular travel requirements (up to 75%) and physical demands of the job (climbing in and out of skid steer loaders and ag tractors).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Forklift Certification: Possession of a valid forklift certification.
  • MS Office Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in using software applications to support business operations.
  • Formal Presentation Skills: Strong formal presentation skills, with experience in delivering presentations to groups and individuals.
