Towne Park is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of one of our key accounts, driving growth and profitability, and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly oversee the performance of one Tier 1 or 2 Towne Park account, ensuring alignment with financial, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow Towne Park's business by building client loyalty and expanding our services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the financial performance and profitability of the account, including revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experience.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
