Job Summary

The Biopharmaceutical Account Strategist will lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies to drive sales performance. This role requires a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Execute business plans to enhance sales execution and maximize sales performance
  • Deliver messages in a clear and compelling way to customers, effectively probe customer needs, and close every call with a commitment to action
  • Build and maintain productive internal and external relationships based on customer needs and organizational goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience
  • Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
Benefits

Lundbeck offers a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible paid time off (PTO), health benefits, company match 401k, and company car. Salary: $117,000 - $137,000 per year, plus eligibility for a sales incentive target of $37,500.
