About the Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a Senior Business Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic account management, relationship-building, and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication.
3. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of sales experience in a hospitality or related industry.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and customer needs.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
