We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Senior Manager to lead the growth of our Infrastructure Services account, supporting key government agencies such as the Department of Transportation, Department of Commerce, and Department of Interior. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business cases, proposals, and presentations
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring timely and effective execution of sales and marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 12 years of work experience, with 7+ years in business development or capture management
- Proven experience in business development, with a successful track record of winning single award deals of $50M+ and supporting the development of opportunity pipelines and captures of $100M+
- Deep understanding of customer needs and market trends, with the ability to leverage Peraton's strengths and core values to drive growth
- High energy, integrity, strong business acumen, professionalism, and commitment to excellence
- U.S. Citizenship is required
