Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

At Primoris Services Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for strategically developing and managing relationships with clients to ensure maximum value for both parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Primoris Services Corporation's services to new and existing customers, decision-makers, and influencers within the renewable energy industry.
  • Research markets and market trends in existing and emerging markets, providing recommendations to the team on how to react to changing trends.
  • Examine information on new perspective clients and provide recommendations on pursuing those clients.
  • Work with strategic clients to identify, conduct due diligence, and develop strategies for opportunities. Assist in financial, schedule, logistics, and execution plans to ensure projects meet Primoris Services Corporation and client needs.
  • Pursue qualified opportunities to secure backlog for the company, meeting financial forecasting expectations.
  • Communicate within the organization about potential project opportunities and develop capture strategies to secure project awards.
  • Work with the Capture Team to execute capture strategies during the proposal process, ensuring commitments from senior client account managers, senior management, and other key stakeholders are upheld.
  • Act as the main point of contact for strategic clients during development phases, including identification, development, bidding, and contracting.
  • Provide feedback on customer and influencer perceptions about Primoris Services Corporation to develop strategies for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a strong business network within the renewable energy community.
  • Participate in industry groups and affiliations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, construction management, or equivalent.
  • 15+ years of experience in the EPC industry, with experience in multiple departments within EPC a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development.
  • Preference given to experience in solar, renewable energy, or power generation.
