Senior Manager, Business Growth and Development

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager, Business Growth and Development to lead the growth of our Diplomacy and Justice account supporting accounts such as DOJ, FBI, and DEA. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Business Development, for our Citizen Security & Public Service Sector (CSPS).
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and managing proposals and capture plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development plans, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessments.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to inform business growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage and report on business development metrics, including pipeline growth, win rates, and revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 12 years work experience of which 7+ yrs related to business development or capture with DOJ/FBI/US Courts and other federal agencies.
- Proven experience in business development with a successful track record of winning single award deals of $50M+.
- Supporting the development of opportunity pipelines and captures of $100M+.
- Deep and current understanding of customer's activities and needs to leverage Peraton strengths and core values.
- Must demonstrate high energy, integrity, strong business acumen, professionalism, and commitment.
- Highly effective communicator to all levels within the company and with clients.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Minimum Secret security clearance.
