Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the admissions team to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with other educational institutions and programs.
  • Oversee the enrollment marketing operations for both on-campus and online academic offerings.
  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the strategic plan and target student demographics.
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitive landscapes, demographics, and trends to inform recruitment objectives.
  • Create and execute branding and positioning statements across all marketing platforms, ensuring consistency and clarity.
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives aimed at lead generation and acquisition for academic programs.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials that support recruitment initiatives across various channels.
  • Manage and evaluate all marketing initiatives in collaboration with external agencies, focusing on return on investment.
  • Advise on the optimal marketing mix for campaigns, including placement and public relations strategies.
  • Administer a marketing and operational budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and efficiency.
  • Implement uniform branding and editorial standards across all media platforms.
  • Oversee relationships with third-party vendors, including marketing agencies and service providers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4-6 years of experience in higher education recruitment and admissions.
  • Proven experience in both digital and traditional marketing, preferably within higher education or an agency setting.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a track record of developing and measuring effective enrollment marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across departments.
  • In-depth knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Proficient in social media, pay-per-click advertising, and multimedia content creation.
  • Ability to analyze digital data to inform strategic decisions and improve marketing effectiveness.
