Job Overview

Position Summary: This role involves external field sales and customer service, requiring travel across a designated multi-state region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Automotive Marketing Consultant (AMC) will deliver tailored marketing strategies to automotive dealership clients within a specified territory, aiming to boost revenue by achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Daily activities will include prospecting new clients, as well as developing, assessing, and presenting analytical reports on marketing initiatives during regular dealer engagements.

Collaborative Efforts:

  • The AMC will report directly to the Regional Sales Director and collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Marketing Services Representatives, to address customer care challenges and devise effective solutions.
  • Innovative Approach: Epsilon is committed to aligning with corporate values and priorities in all communications and actions. As an AMC, your contributions will be vital to our success, as sales drive our business forward. We prioritize high-quality work and strong client relationships, leading to increased sales and overall growth.

Performance Expectations:

  • Achieve or exceed sales objectives by promoting Epsilon's product offerings to targeted clients, including dealerships and dealer groups in the assigned market.
  • Provide outstanding problem-solving capabilities by implementing Epsilon's solutions to meet dealership requirements.
  • Engage actively in resolving customer concerns and facilitating turnaround efforts while ensuring consistent support for existing clients.
  • Oversee comprehensive project management for each account within your geographical area.
  • Contribute to the creation of new marketing products and client resources.
  • Maintain professional relationships with internal support teams.

Candidate Profile:

  • Essential Qualifications:
    • Proficiency in Salesforce.
    • Experience in territory management.
    • Background in selling core products and direct-to-consumer campaigns.
    • Familiarity with marketing technologies.
    • Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Preferred Attributes:
    • Experience in selling and servicing automotive marketing platforms or CRM systems.
    • Solid understanding of marketing technologies.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.

Compensation: Salary range is between $70,000 and $75,000. This position may also include eligibility for bonus or incentive compensation.
