Candidate Profile

• A bachelor's degree is preferred in fields such as Business Management, Marketing, or Administration. Previous experience in sales is advantageous.

• Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities (both verbal and written) are essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Implementing the TotalEnergies Marketing USA strategic plan.

2. Assessing client requirements and providing tailored solutions to position TotalEnergies as a trusted business ally.
  1. Cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with key accounts and potential clients.
  2. Meeting the sales growth and profitability targets established by the Sales Director.
  3. Keeping an accurate record of customer interactions and new business initiatives utilizing TotalEnergies CRM systems.
  4. Collaborating closely with the Distributor Sales team to ensure customer support on national initiatives.
  5. Partnering with various departments within the company to achieve planned growth objectives, including Sales Support and Marketing.
8. Providing weekly and monthly performance reports to management as directed by the supervisor.

9. Representing the organization at events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.

10. Gathering market intelligence regarding pricing trends, competitive strategies, and industry conditions.

As a Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility by promoting products such as synthetic engine oils for passenger vehicles, heavy-duty diesel engine oils, greases, and transmission fluids. You will market these offerings through direct client engagements.

With a proactive mindset, you will seek to expand our sales footprint and attract new clients while serving as a dedicated partner to existing key accounts. Your resilience will help you navigate challenging situations without becoming discouraged by setbacks. You should be willing to travel and engage directly with clients. A clean driving record and the ability to work remotely while maintaining a robust business network in the region are essential.

Your designated territory will encompass Northern California (including cities like San Francisco, Oakland, and Sacramento) and Northern Nevada (Reno).
